In the quiet hush of morning light,
A moose awakes from dreams of night,
Down in the valley deep and green,
Where shadows fall and nature’s seen.
With sturdy legs and mighty stride,
He ventures up the mountainside,
From mossy glen to rocky crest,
His heart beats strong within his chest.
He scales the heights with wondrous grace,
Seeking skies, an open space,
The valley’s floor grows small below,
As he ascends where winds do blow.
Through whispering pines and craggy way,
He climbs with courage, night and day,
Till at the peak, the world unfolds,
A realm of beauty, tales untold.
The moose, now free, stands tall and grand,
Above the valley, a mighty land,
And there he roams, both wild and free,
A spirit boundless, as the sea.
